For the better part of the 23th of February 2022, during the Bakenberg Circuit award giving ceremony, Dr Keku Khumalo held audience at Seshwahla Secondary school in Bakenburg spell bound with her radiant smiles and giggles. This is because, Bakenberg South Circuit which she manages scored 72% in 2021 grade 12 results.
And she not only awarded best teachers, learners, SGB members, aids and office administrators with certificates, trophies and other goodies, she also promised something better to Mr Ndo Mangala, the Mogalakwena District director.
“We are going to produce a new strategic plan during May and we will be able to tell the DG (district director) whether we are going for 82% or 89% in 2022,” Dr Khumalo declared with delight.
Cheers, ululations and self-picking dancing moves marked the day before revelers queued for meals.
